河南警察重摔7月女婴 人被控制尚未法律制裁 Aug 17th 2013, 19:49 河南一名警察日前重摔7月大的女婴，目前女婴正在安阳市一家医院接受治疗，暂无生命危险。涉事警察已被警方控制，而他为何摔女婴仍不清楚。林州市委已经组成调查小组，对此事进行调查。法制晚报星期六报道说，这名从警近30年的民警7月20号晚在酗酒后突然抢走街上一男子怀里7个月大的女婴，举过头顶后猛摔在地。目前女婴虽已脱离生命危险，但仍需进一步观察。事件发生后，涉事民警除遭到关禁闭15天的警务纪律处罚外，至今没受到任何法律制裁。
