达赖喇嘛、昂山素季将出席捷克人权论坛 Aug 26th 2013, 18:14 诺贝尔和平奖得主西藏流亡精神领袖达赖喇嘛和缅甸反对派领袖昂山素季将出席下个月在布拉格举行的一个人权论坛。 论坛发言人赛别克告诉法新社说，两位获奖得主没有正式的会面安排，但是不排除他们私底下会晤的可能性。他们会晤将有可能激怒中国政府。 这个每年一次的人权论坛是捷克前总统哈维尔创立的。
