朝鲜撤消邀请 美特使赴平壤搭救美公民计划落空 Aug 30th 2013, 15:50 美国国务院星期五宣布，由于朝鲜撤消了对美国特使的邀请，美国人权特使罗伯特.金本星期将不会前往平壤争取美国公民裴俊浩的获释。美国国务院发言人表示，美方对于朝鲜的决定感到惊讶和失望，同时严重关注裴俊浩的健康状况。国务院发言人说，美方曾向朝鲜当局询问取消邀请美国人道特使的原因，并为金特使能如期或者能延期实现访问作出了各种努力。美国政府继续敦促朝鲜当局从人道主义出发对裴俊浩予以特赦并立即释放。
