中国全运会在沈阳开幕 各地上访者被堵截拘留 Aug 31st 2013, 15:42 中国第十二届全运会星期六在沈阳开幕。据海外的维权团体权利运动发布的消息，在当天的凌晨2点，30余名公安人员来到沈阳市大东区访民刘丽家，暴力撬开刘丽家的大门，将借住在此的访民张正廷、王素芝、吕艳、以及刘丽从家中强行带走。访民们遭到搜身，手机也被抢走。据报道，张正廷等3人在星期五晚抵达沈阳，由于沈阳的所有旅馆接到命令不允许访民住宿，而只要有上访经历，身份证登记都会显示出是访民一族。所以，张正廷3人只能电话联系刘丽借宿。目前，张正廷、王素芝、吕艳、刘丽等4人与外界失去联系。
