台风「菲特」周一凌晨福建登陆 300万人受灾损失达22.8亿 Oct 7th 2013, 10:48 台风「菲特」周一凌晨在福建登陆之后，夹带强风豪雨猛烈侵袭浙江福建沿海，至少造成浙江2人死亡，300万人受灾，直接经济损失22.8亿元人民币。 气象台报导，「菲特」登陆后威力减弱，但强风掀起巨浪冲击沿海地区，引起海水倒灌，同时暴雨猛烈侵袭闽浙沿岸，浙江许多地区都断电，「宁波」及「温州」受灾尤其严重。 光是「温州」就有1700多栋房屋建筑倒塌，经损超过14亿人民币。福建、浙江，甚至邻近的江西省，从周日开始，所有的船运，及大多数的的铁公路及航空交通全都停摆。
