日中韩首脑会谈难以为续 副外长级磋商李代桃僵 Oct 29th 2013, 19:50 据日本共同社报道，多名外交消息人士星期二透露，日中韩三国已就11月上旬在首尔举行副外长级磋商基本达成协议。在日中围绕尖阁诸岛（中国称钓鱼岛）持续对立的背景下，预计年内难以举行日中韩首脑会谈，此次磋商将就首脑会谈今后的走向交换意见。 据报道，日中韩首脑会谈从2008年起每年举行。日本政府消息人士表示，关于今年能否举行首脑会谈，"日本与中韩两国间还存在历史问题，实现的难度较大。"日本外务审议官杉山晋辅、中国外交部副部长刘振民、韩国副外长助理李京秀计划出席此次磋商。其间还可能举行日中、日韩双边磋商。
