罪犯家宅遭政府贱卖 刑满获释无家可归 Oct 22nd 2013, 15:55 陕西一名男子因犯罪坐牢23年，获释后发现自家住宅早被政府贱价出卖。政府向他补发500元补助。 陝西男子贾新德因犯抢劫罪坐牢23年，近日获释却发现自己无家可归。报道说，贾新德不仅被无理取消户籍，自家的村屋也在20年前被当时的乡政府以900元人民币卖给邻居。对此，当地政府近日表示当年的办事人员已经过世，现同意向贾发放500元补助，重新办理户籍。有律师表示，任何组织或个人都不得擅自处理罪犯的财产，贾新德的财产理应获得归还。
