迷你「挪亚方舟」 日本高知亮相 Oct 21st 2013, 09:58 日本高知市在市内设置了日本首只现代版「挪亚方舟」救生艇。高知市将「方舟」设置在市内公园停车场的一角。 日本旭食品公司花费900万日圆订购了这款救生艇，赠予高知市。这救生艇是日本国土交通省四国运输局开发的，高约3.1米，长8.4米，具备了供25人在内生活7天的食物和水等。 如果海啸发生，这首救生艇即使在速度达每秒10米的海啸中撞上建筑物，也不会损坏。救生艇的使用对象为无法迅速逃离的幼儿和老年人。 高知市政府说，若发生南海海槽大地震，当地可能出现3至5米高的海啸。救生艇平时无法进入，发生灾害时由工作人员开锁。
