广州市原民政局长因贪腐获刑14年 中山市村官侵吞1.27亿被控 Oct 18th 2013, 20:14 广州中级法院星期四宣布，广州市原民政局长兼党委书记、巡视员许千里行贿、受贿、贪污及挪用公款等数罪成立，一审判处许千里有期徒刑14年。检方指控，许千里在2007年6月至2011年5月期间，利用分管福利彩票的职务便利，侵吞挪用巨额公款用于个人行贿。许千里是广州市民政局原领导层贪腐窝案的涉案人之一。另外星期四当天，广东中山市中级法院还就原宫花村党委书记郭仲强等3人，15年来涉嫌侵吞土地征用补偿款高达1.27亿元一案，进行了第三次庭审。但法院当天，没有作出公开判决。
