刘萍案开庭前夕 多位维权人士被监控 Oct 25th 2013, 18:26 在江西新余维权人士刘萍案在本月28号开庭审理前夕，当地维权人士刘喜珍、李学梅、邹桂琴、杨崇家都被当局派人看守。 据了解，由于刘萍案开庭在即，刘萍的女儿廖敏月也被被当局要求禁声，当局通过她所在的学校转达告知她，当局组织上有条例不允许她接受媒体的采访。 刘萍、魏忠平、李思华等人因参与当地人大代表的选举、维权、同城聚餐以及上街举牌要求"官员公示财产"等活动，今年4月27日，刘萍等人先后被当局以涉嫌"煽动颠覆国家政权罪"刑事拘留，随后又改为"涉嫌非法集会"、"涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序"及"利用邪教破坏法律实施"等罪名刑拘。
