江苏常熟女商人顾春芳"集资诈骗案"一审被判处死缓 Oct 23rd 2013, 15:47 江苏省苏州市中级法院星期三裁定，女商人顾春芳集资诈骗罪、合同诈骗罪与抽资出逃罪成立，一审判处顾春芳死刑、缓期两年执行、剥夺政治权利终身，并没收个人全部财产。苏州中院指控顾春芳于2008至2012年间，在背负巨额债务、明知无法偿还的情况下，以高额利息为诱饵，通过伪造虚假证明文件及指使他人冒充高干子弟等手段，向社会公众非法集资。其涉案金额高达17.69亿元人民币打破2009年，浙江东阳另一位女商人吴英非法集资7.7亿元的记录。吴英案曾引发中国舆论有关国有金融垄断，导致中、小民营企业只能依赖民间集资的批评。
