中国与非洲贸易创历史新高 Aug 29th 2013, 05:14 中国国务院新闻办公室周四在北京发佈「中国与非洲的经贸合作（2013）」白皮书，介绍中国与非洲国家经贸合作的最新进展。 白皮书全文约一万两千字，其中指出近年来中国大陆与非洲国家贸易持续较快发展的趋势，2012年中非贸易额达1984.9亿美元，创历史新高。 中国对非洲的投资也在加快。2009年以来，非洲吸收外国直接投资连续下滑，但中国对非洲直接投资却快速增加。2012年中国对非洲直接投资存量增至212.3亿美元，涉及50多个国家，涵盖能源矿产、製造业、服务业多个领域。 此外，中国大陆还在公共福利设施、医疗卫生、气候变化、环境保护、人道主义援助等领域，展开与非洲国家的合作，免除部分非洲国家的债务。同时，中国也推动与非洲多边架构下的合作。
