内蒙暴雨水灾灾情频告急 国家减灾委启动四级响应 Aug 23rd 2013, 07:02 23日8时，中国国家减灾委、民政部针对内蒙古自治区近期暴雨洪涝灾情紧急启动国家四级救灾应急响应。 据内蒙古自治区民政厅报告，8月份以来，该区多地发生暴雨洪涝灾害，共造成10个盟市48个旗（县、区）79万人受灾，因灾遇难19人，紧急转移和其他需紧急生活救助11.6万人，倒塌和严重损坏房屋2.3万间，一般损坏房屋2.8万间，直接经济损失22亿元。
