试图走私卫星设备到中国 华人在美国被查获遭起诉 Sep 7th 2013, 20:34 美国华人何朝辉试图走私价值将近55万元的抗辐射卫星装备到中国，被查获并遭起诉。据法新社报道，美国联邦检察官日前表示，43岁的何朝辉已承认违反美国武器出口管制法规，面临5年监禁及25万美元罚款。据报道，何朝辉涉嫌在2011年企图把这些装备偷偷运上登记在中国一家国营公司附属机构名下挂中国国旗的一艘船。何朝辉是加州一家电子器械公司员工，而他冒充公司代表，向科罗拉多一家厂商购买312个抗辐射积体电路，并把其中200个藏在婴儿奶粉罐，装在用中文标示"奶粉"的密封箱子里，企图走私出口。
