深圳中法开庭审理王登朝 法官拒绝质证今版莫须有 Sep 7th 2013, 15:45 深圳原警察、维权人士王登朝涉嫌"贪污、妨害公务"一案9月6号在深圳市中级法院开庭审理，法官宣布择日宣判。据海外维权团体权利运动发布的消息，法庭上，法官依然拒绝对王登朝贪污的所谓148份证据进行质证。王登朝不承认自己有贪污大运会安保工资奖金的行为，反而举证了保安公司欠自己钱款事实。就王登朝所谓妨害公务罪的指控，构陷王登朝的"证人"没有敢出庭接受质询，法庭同样拒绝播放现场录像。
