进京访民高法上访 各地警车守株待兔 Sep 3rd 2013, 15:31 新疆访民宁惠菜致电中国天网人权事务中心告知，星期二大约200多名各地进京访民前往中国人民最高法院上访。宁惠菜披露，当时在高法附近，有黑龙江、辽宁、吉林、山东等地法院接访警车就有21辆，黑龙江一地就有5辆警车。高法大门前有一群操外口音的警察在查访民的身份证，一牡丹江女访民被查出带走。
