"奥运劳教老人"王秀英状告财政部 Sep 11th 2013, 18:56 "奥运劳教老人"王秀英，为中国政府援助朝鲜问题，已将国家财政部推上被告席。北京市第一中级法院已经受理本案，国家财政部也针对王秀英的诉讼请求做出答辩。博讯网说，现在王老太太需要律师及各界人士提供支持、给予关注。 王秀英被称为"奥运劳教老人"是因为在上个月中旬，今年77岁的王秀英和另一位老人，因曾在北京奥运期间申请到官方指定集会游行场所示威，而被判处一年劳教。今年8月29号，北京市劳教委宣布撤销对两位老人的劳教决定。
