访民欲见孟建柱遭扣留 多位维权人士被关押 Oct 11th 2013, 18:05 二十余名维权访民星期五听闻中央政法委书记孟建柱到杭州市上城区公安分局进行视察，于是赶至上城区公安分局，欲见孟建柱；结果却遭扣留，被带上警车拉走。 中国民间的民生观察工作室的消息还说，西湖区转塘维权人士汤柳叶和杨云彪直接被送往西湖区刑警大队关押，异议人士吕耿松则于下午3时被西湖区国保大队带走。 另外，杭州维权人士梁丽媛、叶红云、吴惠珍等五位女士目前被带至江干区公安分局刑特警大队关押。
