广电总局颁通知 记者更换记者证前需接受培训及考核 Oct 11th 2013, 15:26 中国国家新闻出版广电总局颁布通知，全国新闻采编人员更换明年的记者证，必须先接受培训和考核，内容包括"中国特色社会主义"和"马克思主义新闻观"等。 国家新闻出版广电总局颁布的《关于开展新闻采编人员岗位培训的通知》还要求，各地各部门负责组织培训的单位要认真组织新闻单位所有采编人员集中学习、讨论，并且不得少于18个学时。 《通知》强调，培训结束后，新闻出版和广电行政部门将以省为单位组织统一闭卷考试，对新闻采编人员进行考核。考核合格的，可换发或者申领2014版新闻记者证；考核不合格的，需重考。
