台风"海燕"进入南海影响海南 肆虐菲律宾致1千2百人死亡 Nov 9th 2013, 20:36 今年第30号台风"海燕"于星期六凌晨进入南海，受冷空气及台风影响，当日夜间起海南省将出现明显的风雨天气。另据菲律宾媒体报道，超强台风"海燕"在菲律宾造成的灾情持续扩大，据红十字会官员表示，菲律宾中部莱特省塔克洛班市地方的遇难者至少有1千2百人。
