中国将全面废除劳教制度 Nov 1st 2013, 17:12 香港明报星期五引述"独立消息来源"证实，中国已经实行了五十六年的劳动教养制度将于近期全面废除。 目前中国的劳教所内大部分劳教人员已经释放，人数最多的吸毒者被转入戒毒所。不过消息指出，未来当局将以《违法行为矫治法》代替劳教制度，对诸如危害国家安全、缠访闹访、吸毒嫖娼等行为，按照现有法律，交由法院裁决执行。
