湖南村民抗议修建污水处理厂与警冲突 多人被打被抓 Nov 1st 2013, 17:13 湖南汨罗市长乐镇数百村民，星期四抗议当地建造污水处理厂，与警方发生冲突。政府出动百多警察，对村民拳打脚踢，多人被打伤，十多人被捕。 据中国茉莉花革命网报道，村民表示，当地没有自来水，饮用水都来自地下，污水处理厂将会污染他们赖以生存的地下水源和产生恶臭气体危害健康，为了子孙后代，他们一定会反对到底。
