水资源被村代表私自出卖 村民抗议与警方发生冲突 Aug 13th 2013, 15:24 山西忻州市保德县铁匠铺村大批村民8月13号到县政府抗议。村民与警察发生冲突，有多人被打伤。 据海外的中国茉莉花革命网站刊登图片披露，当天凌晨2时，50多名警察进入铁匠铺村破门入屋抓人，引发村民愤怒，数百人围攻警察，警方不敌而匆促撤退，留下三辆警车，数名村民被抓走。据报道，该村的村代表私自签署协议，把村民赖以生存的水资源出卖，并在8月初偷偷铺设引水管道。8月12号，村民把接好的管道全部弄断，于是，警方半夜入村抓人。
