韩慰安妇首尔提民事调解 每人向日本索赔一亿韩元 Aug 13th 2013, 10:51 12名韩籍前日本军慰安妇周二对首尔中央地方法院提出民事调解，申请向日本政府索赔，每人象征性各索赔1亿韩元（约60万元人民币），以凸显日本政府应负的责任。 慰安妇受害者曾向日本法院提起诉讼，而向韩国法院提起诉讼尚属首次。12名日军慰安妇共索赔12亿韩元（约7百多万元人民币）。 慰安妇受害人居住的「分享之家」负责人表示，目前还活着的慰安妇老人仅有57人，而且年纪大了，迫切需要日本政府正式道歉并恢复受害者名誉。希望不管索赔金额多少，这起诉讼成为解决慰安妇问题的契机。
