湖南桃江县公立学校不接受插班生引发抱怨 Sep 2nd 2013, 15:13 湖南涟源市人肖科告诉海外维权网说，他一家人在桃江县桃花江镇做生意，属于外来务工人员，15岁的儿子现在面临失学的危险。原因是临近秋季开学，在事先毫无通知的情况下，桃江县桃花江镇于8月27日突然出台公告，所有城区义务教育阶段的学校一律不接受插班生！因此他的儿子将不得不失学。 肖先生说，政府出台如此歧视性政策剥夺了孩子平等接受教育的权利，显然是违背教育法的。 湖南红网上也有其他网友发出类似的抱怨。
