维吾尔在线呼吁关注维族留学生穆塔力浦被失踪 Sep 1st 2013, 21:47 8月30号是"强迫失踪受害者国际日"，维吾尔在线呼吁关注中国赴土耳其维族留学生穆塔力浦被失踪案，并呼吁各界共同努力最终根除"强迫失踪"。 维吾尔在线说，来自中国和田、留学土耳其的维吾尔族大学生穆塔力浦・伊明7月15号在北京首都国际机场遭强迫失踪，至今已有45天。他的母亲因担心他而卧病在床、以泪洗面。据悉，今年24岁的穆塔力浦・伊明去年毕业于中央民族大学，后申请到土耳其国家奖学金项目，于去年10月赴土耳其留学。
