联大连续22年通过决议 谴责美国对古巴实行经济禁运 Oct 30th 2013, 15:16 联合国大会连续22年以压倒性投票表决，通过一项没有约束力的决议，谴责美国对古巴实行的经济禁运。 国际媒体星期三报道说，188个联合国成员国投票支持该决议，只有美国和以色列反对，另外三个国家弃权。古巴外长表示，古巴对美国不构成威胁；而禁运已导致古巴经济损失1万多亿美元。美国外交官则称，禁运是促进古巴尊重人权的整体努力当中的一环。他说，古巴正在把美国当成自身问题的替罪羊。 据悉，卡斯特罗夺取古巴统治权后，没收了美国在古巴的财产。此后，美国于1960年开始对古巴实施禁运。
