酒宴请帖被称"罚款单" 湖南官方颁发"限宴令" Oct 26th 2013, 20:50 湖南官方近来颁发了"限宴令"，要求公务人员除婚礼和葬礼外，其他喜庆事宜不得以任何方式邀请和接受亲戚以外人员参加。据中央社星期六报道，中共湖南省纪委和监察厅颁发的《关于党和国家工作人员操办婚丧喜庆事宜的暂行规定》作出上述新规定，11月1号将正式施行。据报道，湖南各地机关单位干部常举办生日宴或乔迁宴等，有人10月下旬就收到7份酒宴请帖，由于须要送礼金，这类请帖又被称为"罚款单"。
