习近平讲政治分歧要解决 马英九提领导人会面条件 Oct 26th 2013, 20:47 台湾的总统马英九日前在接受美国华盛顿邮报专访时提出两岸领导人会面的三个条件，即"台方有需要、人民能支持及在对等尊严状态下"。据香港明报星期六报道，在被问到习近平所提出的"两岸政治分歧终归要逐步解决，不能一代传一代"的话时，马英九回应说，习近平的意思是希望能尽快讨论政治问题，台湾方面并不是只谈经济问题，不碰政治问题，当时机成熟了，有迫切性了，也可以提前讨论。
