东三省遭洪涝灾害 85死亡105失踪 Aug 20th 2013, 19:48 中国东北大部8月14号以来出现局部地区暴雨引发洪涝等灾害。截至8月19号16时，已造成辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省111个县区市373.7万人受灾，85人死亡，105人失踪，紧急转移安置36万人。 仅辽宁省抚顺市部分区县，截至19号12时，洪涝灾害已累计造成54人死亡、97人失踪。
