叔父早年革命待遇不公 访民北京上访再被刑拘 Aug 20th 2013, 17:24 吉林省延边州龙井市的市民商学林致电中国天网人权事务中心告知，他的姐姐商学珍被刑拘了。商学林表示，星期二早上，龙井市委官员尹成龙等人让商学珍去市委。下午15时许，龙井市警察前往他家，称商学珍前往北京上访，扰乱中南海治安，警方给予刑事拘留20天。商学林拒绝签字。 据报道，商学珍为叔父商道仁待遇而上访，提出商道仁在1942年参加中共地下工作，曾但任交通员和游击队长。2012年6月，商学珍被延边州劳动教养管理委员会以"非正常上访"劳教一年。
