许志永视频给律师带来压力 王功权发声明揽责 Aug 16th 2013, 17:25 中国公民运动推动者许志永的朋友、维权人士王功权8月16号在海外博讯网发表声明，就许志永的代理律师张庆方因视频一事受到警方的压力作出四点声明。 张庆方早些时候在北京看守所会见许志永时，拍摄了许志永鼓励人们追求民主自由的视频。视频发布之后，警方两次拒绝安排张律师会见许志永，并要求张律师消除该视频造成的影响，否则不安排张律师与许志永见面。 王功权说，鉴于此，本人声明：1，发布许志永狱中讲话视频的是我，不是张律师；2，张律师转述了警方对许志永视频中关于三个罪状的说法不予认同的态度；3，张律师转述了警方表示对许志永案件将在法律框架内处理的说法。4，希望警方不要任意剥夺律师与委托人的会见权。
