政协委员涉嫌影响特首廉政专员 廉署控告刘梦熊碍司法公正 Aug 20th 2013, 11:09 香港廉政公署周二落案控告刘梦熊，涉嫌妨碍司法公正，即寻求影响行政长官及廉政专员，以终止廉署一项调查。 第十一届全国政协委员刘梦熊，被控一项罪名，即作出多于一项倾向并意图妨碍司法公正的作为，涉嫌违反普通法。被告将于星期三上午在香港东区裁判法院应讯。 控罪指被告于今年1月9日及10日期间，涉嫌作出一连串作为，意图妨碍司法公正。 被廉署落案控告的刘梦熊向媒体坚称，他相信法律是公正，事情的前因后果，来龙去脉，一定会大白于天下。对于媒体问他是否有人利用廉署，作政治打击工具，他说相信公道自在人心。
