冀中星案辩护律师：6年刑期过重 家属要上诉 Oct 15th 2013, 15:14 北京"7•20"首都机场爆炸案辩护律师星期二表示，将依照家属意愿就被告人冀中星被判6年有期徒刑的判决结果提出上诉。冀中星的北京辩护律师刘晓原当天宣判后向英国广播公司表示，不能接受这个判决。他认为相关判决过重，而被告家属已签字委托刘晓原的法律事务所继续代理相关诉讼。北京市朝阳区法院一审认定，被告人冀中星因对相关部门的处理不满，在公共场所实施爆炸危及公共安全，构成爆炸罪。但冀中星曾在9月份庭审中强调，自己并非故意引爆而是失手导致爆炸。冀中星在星期二法庭宣判后，当庭表示需要回去考虑决定是否上诉。但据该案辩护律师刘晓原透露，其家属对判决结果不服，要求上诉。
