倒阁案失败 江宜桦续任行政院长 Oct 15th 2013, 05:25 台湾立法院周二上午表决了民进党提出的倒阁案，结果45票赞成，67票反对，倒阁案不通过，现任行政院长江宜桦续任阁揆。同时根据宪法规定，反对党一年之内不能再提出倒阁案。 值得注意的是，立法院长王金平在大约九点半投票，但投票前他已经明确表态反对倒阁，支持江宜桦续任阁揆。 民主进步党团上午先举行党团会议，虽然陆续有部分民进党籍立委先进议场投票，但将近上午十一时，党团干部才与大部分民进党籍立委进议场投票。 这项投票为记者进行，投票结果，国民党团65席立委全数投下反对票，无党籍立委陈雪生、无党团结联盟籍立委高金素梅也投反对票；投下赞成票的包括民进党团40席立委、台湾团结联盟党团3席立委及亲民党籍立委2席立委，共45票。
