朝鲜网络战能力进步神速 韩建专责部队打网络战 Oct 22nd 2013, 11:47 韩国军方从今年7月开始，推动建立专门负责网络战的部门「联合网络中心」，将从明年元旦起正式运作。 韩媒报道，联合网络中心将负责保护韩国参谋本部各种网络工作。参谋本部之所以成立该中心，是因为最近朝鲜的网络战能力大幅提升。参谋本部已于去年10月对朝鲜网络战的威胁进行分析，并建立有关应对措施。
