"独立中文笔会"副秘书长野渡遭广州国保监控 Oct 21st 2013, 19:15 据中国民间权益关注组织"民生观察工作室"星期一报道，国际笔会分支机构"独立中文笔会"近期召开"第六届笔会会员大会"，该笔会副秘书长野渡（本名吴伟）目前却遭到广州国保人员的监控。野渡当天在电话中表示，他的电话、网络近期出现异常不稳定现象、行动也被跟踪监视。报道说，野渡在2011年2月22日被广州警方从家中带走强制"旅游"；同年3月1日被当局指控"煽动颠覆国家政权"监视居住，期间无法与外界和自己的家人见面。野渡还表示，中共当局每到所谓敏感日期都会对他采取维稳措施，近期还有可能被剥夺人身自由。
