安徽维权人士周维林遭合肥检察院批准逮捕 Oct 15th 2013, 16:28 据"维权网"星期二报道，安徽省合肥市维权人士周维林已被合肥检察院以涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"批准逮捕。合肥市蜀山公安分局日前向周维林家属证实，周维林被批准逮捕的法律通知书已通过邮寄方式发出，家属很快就会收到。周维林的父亲上周五曾赶赴"肥西看守所"要求会见周维林，但遭到警方拒绝。报道说，周维林因关注声援维权人士张林的女儿张安妮受教育权等活动，于今年4月16日被当局行政拘留；9月6日，周维林再次被以涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"刑事拘留。安徽合肥警方目前仍在搜集周维林、李化平的材料并传唤其他维权人士。
