登船打击海盗 日本政府请国会通过法案 Oct 16th 2013, 07:32 日本政府十五日在内阁会议上敲定了「日本船只警备特别措施法案」，允许在索马里海域等地打击海盗的民间警卫可以携带小型枪械登上日本籍船只。但法案规定仅限于海盗事件频发的海域，可以鸣枪示警以制止海盗接近。 此前日本政府曾于今年四月敲定这一方案，但六月闭幕的例行国会中由于针对安倍晋三首相的问责决议获得通过，未能在参院完成审议而成为废案。日本政府因此决定再次向临时国会提交该法案。
