中国首例维稳人员伤害案宣判 被告获刑10个月 Oct 14th 2013, 15:19 成都市双流县法院星期一宣判了中国首例维稳人员伤害案，被告郭井祥故意伤害罪名成立，获刑10月。 中国民间权益机构中国天网人权事务中心的消息说，当天上午，来自成都、绵阳等地的数十民众来到成都双流县法院旁听该案的宣判。宣判后，受害人李秀成的家属、围观民众和本案代理人蒲飞均对法院判决维稳人员获刑感到满意，但要求法院督促有关当局依法赔偿受害人李秀成。报道说，该案是中国数十年来首例官方维稳人员伤害案。 据悉，今年3月17日，成都政府派出的维稳人员殴打访民家属李秀成，致其粉碎性骨折；之后，维稳人员逃逸。
