中国拟禁止艾滋病人入公共浴室引批评 Oct 14th 2013, 15:18 中国商务部草拟禁止艾滋病人进入公共浴室的规定，联合国艾滋病规划署及中国权益团体星期一对此予以批评。 法新社报道说，联合国艾滋病规划署驻华协调员星期一表示，该署对中国商务部草拟的禁令表示担忧，并敦促中国政府取消这一禁令。联合国艾滋病规划署估计，中国有78万人是艾滋病感染者。 报道说，中国保护艾滋病人权益的民间机构南京"天下公"表示，商务部草拟的禁令的唯一价值就是对艾滋病人的歧视；天下公与国内其它五个民间机构正进行合作，对此予以反对。
