韩国：六方会谈何时重启 取决朝鲜 Oct 14th 2013, 06:58 韩国外交部周一向国会外交统一委员会提交一份报告，当中指出六方会谈何时重启，取决于朝鲜的态度。朝鲜应确实履行国际义务和承诺，以实际行动展现对无核化的诚意。 韩国「联合新闻通讯社」引述韩国外交部报告表示，如果仅为了对话而进行对话，只会给朝鲜进一步发展核武器的时间。 外交部在报告中强调，朝鲜在无核化问题上，一直反覆「挑衅－对话－援助－挑衅」这种恶性循环，试图提高其核能力。为了打破这种恶性循环，在朝鲜没有就无核化展现诚意的情况下，不能重启任何对话。
