台风「潭美」流窜广西肆虐 风灾暴雨2死廿万受灾 Aug 26th 2013, 09:04 「潭美」和西南季风带来暴雨，造成广西近20万人受灾，2人死亡。来自广西民政部门消息称，「潭美」和西南季风共同影响带来的强降雨，导致广西9市23县（市、区）19.76万人受灾，因灾死亡2人。 同时，广西9.91千公顷农作物受灾，倒塌农房348户668间，严重损坏农房451户855间。目前减弱后的「潭美」环流已移出广西，强降水范围和强度明显减弱，25日晚起该次强降雨过程基本结束。
