非法经营资产上亿 贵溪城管人称"阎王" Aug 13th 2013, 17:47 贵溪市城管大队队员胡辉因为涉嫌非法经营已被贵溪市检察院批准逮捕。 据江南都市报星期二报道，网传"贵溪市坐拥亿元资产的城管大队长"胡辉，案发前实为贵溪市城管大队队员。8月4号，有网友在天涯论坛爆料称，胡辉利用职权便利，强占土地、违规建设、非法出售、开设赌场、放高利贷、贪污受贿、牟取暴利，并拥有多处物业，资产过亿。身为官员，手下长期供养一群社会流氓、打手。因以权谋私，敛财雄厚，故人称"胡千万"，又因其为人处事心狠手辣，无恶不作，故也称为"活阎王"。
