政法委首发指导意见 防止司法出冤假错案 Aug 13th 2013, 20:25 中国的中央政法委近日出台首个关于防止冤假错案的指导意见，要求法官、检察官、警察在职责范围内对办案质量要终身负责，并建立健全冤假错案的责任追究机制。 法新社的报道说，批评人士指出，中国的司法制度存在许多滥用职权导致冤假错案的事列，包括死刑的扩大化和劳教制度。劳教制度授予警方权力，可以不经过司法程序而判处被劳教者最多至4年的劳教。
