台湾史上头一遭 军囚大规模移监 Aug 15th 2013, 11:01 在台湾，军事审判法修正案15日生效，军审案件分两阶段移交司法系统，包括陆海空军刑法凌虐部属、违法惩罚等罪，将于新法公布后立即移交；至于其他军法案件，预计新法公布5个月内再陆续移转。 军事监狱受刑人也分两阶段移监。移监名单较受外界瞩目者不乏知名人士，包含拉法叶舰案的前海军上校郭力恒、替北京做间谍的前陆军少将罗贤哲、贪污案的前陆军六军团指挥官程士瑜中将、前中科院长陈友武中将、前宪兵司令何雍坚中将等人。
