杭州访民金水芹获释 维权者拘留所迎接 Aug 14th 2013, 17:58 据"参与网"报道，杭州访民金水芹星期三获得释放，当地维权人士邹巍、朱瑛娣、梁丽婉等十多人前往杭州拘留所迎接。 报道说，金水芹8月9日被杭州驻京办人员从北京押回杭州后，当地江干区巡特警大队随即给金水芹套上黑头套和手铐后，转送杭州拘留所关押，并且期间金水芹还遭到殴打。维权人士邹巍等人要求杭州拘留所出示相关法律文件或拘留证，但遭到拘留所所长及教导人员的拒绝。
