天安门国旗区遭访民冲击 当事人拘留期满获释 Aug 14th 2013, 17:58 据中国民间权益关注组织"民生观察工作室"星期三报道，黑龙江佳木斯访民王玉波当天致电该组织告知，她本人及另一位名叫初东方的佳木斯访民近期在北京上访期间，由于上访无果，两人在8月4日曾前往天安门广场并冲击了国旗封锁区。 王玉波表示，她们准备冲进去下跪，但二人随即遭到控制。王玉波和初东方随后被北京市天安门公安分局以"扰乱社会秩序"为由行政拘留十天。 星期三，两位佳木斯访民拘留期满才得以获释。
