薄熙来已于9月30日正式提出上诉 Oct 8th 2013, 20:39 中共前重庆市委书记薄熙来上个月被以"受贿、贪污和滥用职权"罪判处无期徒刑。美国华尔街日报星期二引述对该案有直接了解的人士说，薄熙来已于9月30日正式提出上诉；上诉程序一般需要走两个月，但特别案件会更长。 华尔街日报报道说，中国律师界和中共党内人士普遍预期对控罪予以否认的薄熙来会上诉；不过，此举不大可能影响判决结果，因为几乎可以肯定，对他的判刑是由党的最高领导层决定的。目前，法院官员拒绝就此予以置评。
