新疆阿勒泰地区发生哈萨克族人与警察冲突事件 Oct 8th 2013, 15:33 新疆阿勒泰地区青河县青河镇7日下午发生一起因交通事故引发的哈萨克族人与警察冲突事件，一辆警车被砸翻，警民各有人员受伤。 据海外的中国茉莉花革命网星期二的消息，10月7日下午5点多，青河镇发生一起交通事故，一名哈萨克人重伤；随后上百哈萨克族人围堵肇事车辆，为伤者讨说法，并与前来处理的警察发生争执，期间，一辆警车被砸翻，肇事司机被打伤。随后，大批边防武警赶来增援，与哈萨克人爆发冲突，双方都有人受伤。
